Finger hold for fearLike a quick way to melt away your fear? Here it is!

    • Vineet, if TAT is your preferred method, go for it! The finger hold works too, if you’d like to give it a try, though it helps if you trust that it will melt your fear 🙂 Doubts tend to get in the way!
