Reconnective Healing® & The Personal Reconnection® – an overview
What is it?
Reconnective Healing is a hands-off healing modality. I help your heart connect to the universe for a high level exchange of energy, light and information.
Because Reconnective Healing accesses intelligent energy, there’s no need for diagnosis or analysis.
I find Reconnective Healing is often appropriate when clients are ready for significant change in their lives. People who will benefit from Reconnective Healing are strongly drawn to it.
What happens in a session?
A Reconnective Healing session lasts about an hour. For a local session you lie fully clothed on a massage table, and relax. I connect with your energy and activate healing energy through my hands, which I hold a distance away from your body.

In a distance session, which also lasts about an hour, you relax in whatever position you like while the healing takes place.

How does May use it in Delicious Healing?
I usually use Reconnective Healing on its own when a client is drawn to this modality, often after they have read the book.
How do I learn it for myself?
You can learn to use Reconnective Healing for yourself from the book, or by participating in a live Workshop.
You can offer yourself Reconnective Healing using the distance method, outlined in the book.
The Personal Reconnection®
This is a ‘once-in-a-lifetime-event’, usually carried out in person, near Stirling in Scotland.
Since doing the Personal Reconnection with May I have experienced a definite shift; I feel constantly plugged in to a larger force and have found that I can intensify the energy when I put my attention on it.
Overall, in daily life though, it has made me happier, calmer and I find nothing disturbs me too much.

In two sessions I reconnect and activate your body’s energy lines to the grid lines which encircle the planet, and are in turn tied into the entire universe. The process includes bringing in new axiatonal lines. You are then permanently connected to these new energy frequencies which enable your healing and spiritual evolution.
Afterwards you’ll be drawn to your purpose in this life, so expect to experience change!
After the Personal Reconnection I am more in the present moment and can observe without any judgement whether it is good or bad.
I feel more at ease with this lifetime, and I am more sensitive. If some feelings come up from the past it is easy for me to just acknowledge them and release.
