As you’re doing your visualisation, simply tap with two fingers on each of the EFT points in turn. Sense for yourself when to move on to another point, or if it feels easier, just tap on one point such as your collarbone.
Tapping relaxes you, and connects you with your intuitive self. While it is mainly known for ‘tapping problems out’, it also works in a positive way to ‘tap solutions in’. So tapping will strengthen the power of your visualisation.
