You make your command while in the very relaxed theta state, so it comes from Source which has a much greater power and perspective than your mind.
Choose your command
First decide what you want to change about your health – this will be your ‘command’. The easy way to find your command is to identify something you don’t like and then turn it around to its opposite.
- ‘I don’t want to be depressed any more’ might become ‘I feel light and joyful’.
- ‘I’m fed up of having a sore back’ might become ‘My back is comfortable and working perfectly’.
- ‘I can’t get back to sleep’ might become ‘I easily sleep through the night’.
Notice these commands use positive statements, stated in the present tense, and they are short and simple.
Once you’ve worded your command, work through the following six steps of The One Command, or if you prefer listen to my audio recording ‘A Delicious Moment of Commanding Health’.
Close your eyes. Wriggle your toes and imagine roots from the soles of your feet going deep into the earth. Allow the power and riches of the earth’s energy to rise through your feet and up your body into your heart.
Allow the earth’s energy to radiate out from your heart. This aligns your purpose with the unconditional love of the universe.
3. Go to theta
With your eyes still closed, gently roll your eyeballs up so they are looking towards your eyebrows. You’ll probably feel your eyes flickering a little. This takes you into the slower theta brainwave of a deep meditative state.
Imagine a golden channel of light coming up through your body and out of the top of your head. Allow it to take your awareness out of the top of your head, through the ceiling, through the sky, through all the galaxies, right to the very edge of the universe, where all is velvety black. Notice a speck of white light that draws you quickly to it, and allow yourself to pop through into the white luminescence of Source.
This is the place of infinite possibilities, where you can create anything you want.
Silently say your command to yourself:
I don’t know how, I <<insert your command here>>, I only know I do so now, and I am grateful.
‘I don’t know how’ is a very powerful phrase, because it cuts off your negative thinking.
Pause and allow your command to expand into its full capacity. Be receptive to any insights you may receive from the larger perspective of the universe/source/God. Silently say ‘thank you’.
6. Receive with gratitude
Now relax your eyes, and allow the energy of your command to download its way into every part of your body, every organ, every cell, right into your DNA. Unwind, unwind, unwind as your old limiting beliefs and conditioning dissolve away. Rewind, rewind, rewind, as you allow your command to filter into every cell, and every strand of your DNA.
Become aware of your body again, and your feet on the ground. When you’re ready open your eyes. How do you feel now?
Your command is complete; you have downloaded a new programme into your neurology. Unlike affirmations you don’t need to repeat your command.
Should any doubt or uncertainty emerge about your command materialising, simply meet it in the moment, by turning it to its opposite (which will be a positive statement) and making another command. You may need to command on several doubts as they surface.
If you start to think ‘My back is still sore, I don’t think this is working’, do a new command along the lines ‘I don’t know how, I believe this process works for me, I only know I do now, and I am grateful.
