You know the frustration when a worriesome thought goes through your mind over and again, and you just can’t get rid of it. The more you try to get rid of it the more it persists, and the more it persists the more stressed you become.

Here’s an easy way to find peace from those worriesome thoughts.

Simply say to yourself:
Everything is the opposite of what it appears to be.
Nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be.

Keep repeating these two sentences in your head until the thought dissipates.
At first you’ll probaably need to read them; soon you’ll remember them. Don’t try and make sense of the sentences, just repeat them.

Like to give it  go?

‘That’s scrambling my brain’ I hear you say. Sure, the sentences do scramble your brain, and at the same time they unlock it from being stuck on the thought that was playing over and over, giving you peace at last.

Another way to look at it is to see the worriesome thought as a stuck polarity, which the sentences unstick, allowing your thoughts to move in a new direction.

What if the thought returns later? You can repeat the process, or contact me if you’d like to destroy that worriesome thought at the point it was created, so it never bothers you again.

The Delicious Nugget
: Repeating these two sentences quickly stops your brain from repeating worriesome thoughts, giving you peace at last.
