Like a quick way to melt away your fear? Here it is!
Underneath many discomforts – be they emotional, mental or physical – there’s fear. Without any need for analysis or exploration, here’s a sure way to melt those fears away.
Use the fingers and thumb of one hand to encircle the index finger of the other hand; either hand can do the holding. Then hold until the fear melts away! Repeat if necessary.

Vineet, if TAT is your preferred method, go for it! The finger hold works too, if you’d like to give it a try, though it helps if you trust that it will melt your fear 🙂 Doubts tend to get in the way!
