		<title>Onions Or Nucleated Spheres?</title>

What if that belief were slowing your healing down?<br />
<span id="more-2944"></span><strong>If you believe you have many layers of the onion to peel, chances are that’s what will materialise for you.</strong> You may be like some of my clients who have tried one healing method after another, and come to me asking ‘How much longer will it take to heal?’</p>
<p><strong>How about exploring another perspective, that your issue is more like a ‘nucleated sphere’? </strong> Remember using a blowpipe as a kid, where you blew through several holes to produce a mass of connected bubbles (ie a nucleated sphere)? When one bubble popped another formed, and another, and another. The only way to stop the bubbles forming was to stop blowing!</p>
<p>So, instead of seeing your health issue as peeling back endless layers, how about stopping blowing, so you no longer feed it?</p>
<p><strong>Of course you may not consciously know how to stop blowing</strong> &#8211; no worries many modalities will easily address subconscious blowing!</p>
<p><strong>With <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/tat/">TAT</a></strong>, the fourth step ‘All the origins of this are healing now’ takes care of the source of your problem.<br />
Right now you could: take the TAT Pose, and put your attention for one minute on:</p>
<p><em>All the origins of believing I need to peel the layers of an onion are healing now.</em></p>
<p><strong>With the <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/sedona-method/">Sedona Method</a></strong>, diving deeply into the discomfort until it bursts or dissolves takes care of the source.<br />
Right now you could: notice the feeling that arises as you consider peeling the layers of an onion.</p>
<p><em>Allow yourself to dive into the feeling, then when it dissolves, dive into the next feeling you’re aware of, and so on, until you reach a peaceful state.</em></p>
<p><strong>With <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/one-command/">The One Command</a></strong>, after making your command, your old beliefs unwind, dissolving any nucleated spheres.<br />
Right now you could command:</p>
<p><em>I don’t know how my health issue resolves quickly, I only know it does so now, and I am grateful.</em></p>
<p><strong>With <a href="http://www.accessconsciousness.com/index.asp">AccessConsciousness</a></strong>, the source of thisperspective, the word ‘Boys’ in the clearing statement dissolves nucleated spheres.</p>
<p>Right now you could ask yourself ‘Why is it taking so long to heal? Notice the energy that arises, and then say to yourself or out loud:</p>
<p><em>‘Right and wrong, good and bad, all 9, POC and POC, shorts, boys and beyonds’. </em></p>
<p>Don’t worry you don’t need to understand what the words mean, the energy of saying them clears the issue back to its source.</p>
<p><strong>Too easy to work?</strong> That’s another belief that could be holding you back!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>I<a href="http://delicioushealing.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Women-stuck-in-box.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-2734" title="Woman stuck in a box" src="http://delicioushealing.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Women-stuck-in-box-300x211.jpg" alt="" width="173" height="121" /></a> had a client “who really, really wanted to get better”</strong>, and couldn’t understand why she was still stuck with various niggles despite various efforts to improve her health.  <span id="more-2733"></span></p>
<p><strong>The trouble with wanting to get better</strong> is that as long as we put out the energy of wanting – through thoughts, feelings etc – we attract more wanting, and a vicious circle emerges.</p>
<p><strong>The way out of this trap is to change your energy – thoughts, feelings etc – from those of wanting to those of having.</strong> This takes a bit of a leap of faith, particularly if you’ve been in the habit of wanting for a long time. The reward is that when you generate the energy of having, you attract a matching reality of getting what you want.</p>
<p><strong>The other day I felt a niggling pain in my thigh as I was walked downhill</strong>. I quickly changed my energy from “<em>I wish this would go away</em>” to “<em>My leg is comfortable walking down this hill</em>”, and the pain immediately disappeared! I did the same walk today, and the pain did not reapp</p>
<h3><strong>Four ways to move from wanting to having.</strong></h3>
<h4>1. Used correctly, <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/one-command/">The One Command</a> completely circumvents the trap of wanting.</h4>
<p>This is because you word your command as if it is already fulfilled, ie you already have it.</p>
<p>So, the Command to resolve a pain in your leg could be: <em></em></p>
<p><em>I don’t know how my leg is easy and comfortable, I only know it is now, and I am grateful.</em></p>
<p>You’ve moved your thinking from wanting to having, and the One Command process takes care of the rest.</p>
<p><strong>Remember the easy and fail-safe way to find your command is always to ask yourself <em>What would I like instead?</em></strong>. Again this moves you from wanting to having.</p>

<h4>2. <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/sedona-method/">The Sedona Method</a> has a neat way to let go of wanting.</h4>
<p>With the Sedona Method you ask yourself questions to let go of unwanted emotions and thoughts.</p>
<p>Ask yourself:<em></em></p>
<p><em>Would I rather <strong>want</strong> to be better, or <strong>be</strong> better?</em></p>
<p>If you would prefer to be better, use the Sedona sequence to release the wanting:</p>
<ul>
<li>First allow the wanting to be present, including all thoughts, feelings and sensations it brings up:</li>
<li>Then ask yourself:
<ul>
<li><em>Could I let it go?</em></li>
<li><em>Would I let it go?</em></li>
<li><em>When?</em></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Repeat this process until the feeling of wanting has dissipated.</li>
</ul>

<h4>3. The following <a href="http://www.accessconsciousness.com/index.asp">Access Consciousness</a> clearing will take you deeper into clearing the source of wanting.</h4>
<p>With Access we ask ourselves questions which bring up uncomfortable energy, and then use a clearing statement to clear that energy right back to its source.</p>
<ul>
<li>Ask yourself:
<ul>
<li><em>Everywhere you’ve misidentified and misapplied wanting as having healing, would you like to destroy and uncreate that? Yes?</em></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Then repeat the following clearing statement to clear the energy of wanting.
<ul>
<li><em>Right and wrong, good and bad, all 9, POC and POD, shorts, boys and beyonds.</em></li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>It doesn’t matter that the clearing statement sounds like mumbo jumbo, it’s the energy of the words which does the clearing. You can use <em>POC and POD</em> for short.</p>
<h4>If you are still wedded to wanting, <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/tat/">TAT</a> will help you get unstuck from that polarity.</h4>
<p>With TAT you hold the TAT Pose – a few points on your head, while you gently put your attention on a series of statements.</p>
<p>Using the TAT Process, Steps 1 &amp; 2 would be:</p>
<ul>
<li> Step 1: <em>I really want to heal.</em></li>
<li>Step 2: <em>I am healed</em>. You don’t need to believe the statement, you’re simply presenting it as an alternative point of view to your energy system to unstick your point of view.</li>
<li>Then follow Steps 3-9 in the usual way.</li>
</ul>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Now open your hand, and notice how it feels</strong> &#8211; for me it feels relaxed, loose, light and open.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">When you&#8217;re in a constricted state you get cut off from your healing energy, whereas when you&#8217;re in an expanded state your healing energy flows naturally and easily.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This article was inspired by marketeer Robert Middleton’s Way’s of Being Chart. Just reading through his list of <span style="color: #ff0000;">constrictive ways of being</span>, and their opposites – the <span style="color: #008000;">expansive ways of being</span> &#8211; made me feel joyful!</p>

<em>I’m feeling <span style="color: #ff0000;">miserable</span>, and would like to feel<span style="color: #008000;"> happ</span><span style="color: #008000;">y</span>.<br />
I’m feeling <span style="color: #ff0000;">exhausted</span>, and would like to feel <span style="color: #008000;">energised</span>.</em></p>
<p>Feel free to use your own words, the chart is just a prompt.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Now, the question is: how to move from constriction to expansion? </strong>There are many ways &#8211; in fact all healing methods help you move from constriction to expansion; I&#8217;ll to share two that I use regularly.</p>
<h3>Two routes to expansion</h3>
<h4>Command</h4>
<p style="text-align: left;">Use the simplicity of The One Command process to take yourself from constriction to expansion, by commanding the expansion to you.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">If this process is new to you, you can pick it up in a few minutes from my <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/quick-start-for-the-one-command/">Quick Start for The One command</a>, or my audio <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/a-delicious-moment-of-commanding-health/">A Delicious Moment of  Commanding Health</a>.</p>
<p>Here’s what to do:</p>
<ol>
<li>Use The One Command process to make your command for the expanded feeling you seek.</li>
<li><strong><em>I don’t know how I am &lt;&lt;<span style="color: #008000;">happy</span>&gt;&gt;, I only know I am now, and I am grateful.</em></strong></li>
<li>After making your command ‘meet yourself in the moment’, by noticing any doubt that arises, turning it into its opposite and making a new command. Meeting yourself in the moment will keep you expanded so you are aligned to receive the feeling you commanded.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Balance</h4>
<p style="text-align: left;">Use the Sedona Method &#8216;polarities&#8217; technique (also known as &#8216;holistic releasing&#8217;) to oscillate between the constricted and expanded feelings until you find a comfortable balance.</p>
<ol>
<li>Silently ask yourself:
<ul>
<li><strong>Q1 <em>Could I feel as ‘<span style="color: #ff0000;">miserable</span>’ as I do?</em></strong>
<ul>
<li>Receive your intuitive ‘yes’ or ‘no’ response.</li>
<li>Whichever response you get, proceed with question 2.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Q2 <em>Could I allow myself to feel as ‘<span style="color: #008000;">happy</span>’ as I am?</em></strong>
<ul>
<li>Don’t worry if you don’t get any feeling of happiness at first – it will appear.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Repeat Q1 and Q2 several times, noticing without judgement how you feel each time.</li>
<li>Keep repeating the questions until you feel you have reached your expanded state.</li>
</ol>

<p><strong>The Delicious Nugget:</strong> Simply bringing the possibility of expansion into your awareness will start the shift to a more expanded way of being, and open the way to better health. Deliberately taking yourself to an expanded state speeds up the process and increases your flow of healing energy.</p>

You may find questions starting to surface, like: Did I do it properly, Should I command again? Is this really going to work for me?<span id="more-1475"></span></p>
<p><strong>Once you have made your command that part is done, you have planted the seed and it is inherently programmed to grow and blossom.</strong> Like a seed your command will thrive in a good environment, or it may wither away if it lands on stony ground.</p>
<p>Here are three ways to give your command a good nurturing environment.</p>
<h4>1. Remember your Command is already made</h4>
<p><strong>Once you have made your command, your neurology is already changed</strong> – you have downloaded new beliefs and programming into your brain, your cells and your DNA. Just as there’s no need to dig up your seed and sow it again,<strong> there’s no need to repeat your command.</strong></p>
<h4>2. Affirm rather than repeat</h4>
<p>Unlike affirmations, your command takes effect instantaneously, so you only make it once. If you find yourself wanting to repeat the process, try affirming your command to yourself instead.</p>
<p><strong>To affirm your command:</strong> cover your right eye, and look from your left eye into a reflection of the same eye in your mirror, as you make a statement along the lines:</p>
<p>Lisa, <strong>I absolutely know</strong> &lt;&lt;your intention&gt;&gt;, <strong>and I totally support you in this.</strong></p>
<p>Looking from left eye to left eye means you access the creative side of your brain, which doesn’t argue with you. At a Commanding Health Circle, you experience the power of having your command affirmed by everyone in the Circle. What a difference that makes!</p>
<h4>3. Keep &#8216;meeting yourself in the moment&#8217;</h4>
<p><strong>This means whenever a doubtful feeling or thought arises – you flip it to its positive opposite, and do a Command on it.</strong></p>
<p>For example if you find yourself thinking<em> ‘this isn’t working for me’</em>, you go on to make another Command along the lines:</p>
<p><em>&#8220;I don&#8217;t know how I believe this One Command process works for me, I only know I do so now, and I am grateful.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>If you can’t meet your self immediately in the moment, aim to do so as soon afterwards as you can. The more you practice, the quicker the process becomes.</p>
<p><strong>As you keep flipping your doubts into new commands you gradually replace all your old beliefs, that don’t align with your command, with new beliefs that do align.</strong> Once all your out-of-alignment beliefs have been ‘upgraded’ to new ones that align, your command can manifest.</p>
<p>Keeping meeting yourself in the moment is perhaps the most important thing you need to do to  make sure your commands blossom!</p>
<p><strong>The Delicious Nugget:</strong> Once you’ve made your One Command there’s no need to repeat it. You can make sure it blossoms by affirming it to yourself, and meeting any doubts that arise in the moment by flipping them into new commands.</p>

<p>You make your command while in the very relaxed theta state, so it comes from Source which has a much greater power and perspective than your mind.<span id="more-1218"></span></p>
<h3>Choose your command</h3>
<p><strong>First decide what you want to change about your health</strong> – this will be your ‘command’. The easy way to find your command is to identify something you don’t like and then turn it around to its opposite.</p>
<p>For example:</p>
<ul>
<li><em>‘I don’t want to be depressed any more’</em> might become <strong><em>‘I feel light and joyful’</em></strong>.</li>
<li><em>‘I’m fed up of having a sore back’</em> might become <em><strong>‘My back is comfortable and working perfectly’</strong></em>.</li>
<li><em>‘I can’t get back to sleep’</em> might become <strong><em>‘I easily sleep through the night’.</em></strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Notice these commands use <strong>positive statements</strong>, stated in the <strong>present tense</strong>, and they are <strong>short and simple</strong>.</p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve worded your command,  work through the following six steps of  The One Command, or if you prefer listen to my audio recording <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/a-delicious-moment-of-commanding-health/">&#8216;A Delicious Moment of Commanding Health&#8217;</a>.</p>
<h3>1.	Ground</h3>
<p>Close your eyes. Wriggle your toes and imagine roots from the soles of your feet going deep into the earth. Allow the power and riches of the earth’s energy to rise through your feet and up your body into your heart.</p>
<h3>2. Align</h3>
<p>Allow the earth’s energy to radiate out from your heart. This aligns your purpose with the unconditional love of the universe.</p>
<h3>3. Go to theta</h3>
<p>With your eyes still closed, gently roll your eyeballs up so they are looking towards your eyebrows. You’ll probably feel your eyes flickering a little. This takes you into the slower theta brainwave of a deep meditative state.</p>
<p>Imagine a golden channel of light coming up through your body and out of the top of your head. Allow it to take your awareness out of the top of your head, through the ceiling, through the sky, through all the galaxies, right to the very edge of the universe, where all is velvety black. Notice a speck of white light that draws you quickly to it, and allow yourself to pop through into the white luminescence of Source.</p>
<p>This is the place of infinite possibilities, where you can create anything you want.</p>
<h3>4.	Command</h3>
<p>Silently say your command to yourself:<br />
<strong>I don’t know how, </strong> <strong> I</strong> &lt;&lt;insert your command here&gt;&gt;,  <strong> I only know I do so now, and I am grateful.</strong></p>
<p>‘I don’t know how’ is a very powerful phrase, because it cuts off your negative thinking.</p>
<h3>5.	Expand</h3>
<p>Pause and allow your command to expand into its full capacity. Be receptive to any insights you may receive from the larger perspective of the universe/source/God. Silently say ‘thank you’.</p>
<h3>6. Receive with gratitude</h3>
<p>Now relax your eyes, and allow the energy of your command to download its way into every part of your body, every organ, every cell, right into your DNA. Unwind, unwind, unwind as your old limiting beliefs and conditioning dissolve away. Rewind, rewind, rewind, as you allow your command to filter into every cell, and every strand of your DNA.</p>
<p>Become aware of your body again, and your feet on the ground. When you’re ready open your eyes. How do you feel now?</p>
<p><strong>Your command is complete</strong>; you have downloaded a new programme into your neurology. Unlike affirmations you don&#8217;t need to repeat your command.</p>
<p><strong>Should any doubt or uncertainty emerge</strong> about your command materialising, simply meet it in the moment, by turning it to its opposite and makin.  You may need to command on several doubts as they surface.</p>
<p>For example:</p>
<p>If you start to think<em> &#8216;My back is still sore, I don&#8217;t think this is working&#8217;</em>, do a new command along the lines <em>&#8216;I don&#8217;t know how, <strong>I believe this process works for me, </strong>I only know I do now, and I am grateful</em>.</p>
