Engaging with your Spheres Of Light is the simplest way I know to access spiritual growth, healing  and insight!

All you need to do is ask to experience your innate LightSpheres, then relax and notice what happens. If you can happily do that, you’ve got it! Please enjoy all that your LightSpheres bring you.

Do you have a niggly feeling that’s bothering you?

Instead of pushing it away which may eventually affect your health, try surfing along with it until it dissolves.

Just as the wave that the surfer rides eventually dissolves, so will your feeling. All you need to do is be with the feeling, allow it to build to its peak, and then dissolve away of its own accord. The good thing is that, usually, when you allow yourself to experience the anger, fear, pain or sorrow it doesn’t turn out to be as bad as you anticipated!

I suggest you start with a small niggly feeling, rather than your biggest fear!

TAT Audio for your first  TAT session (25 mins)

Use this Audio the very first time you do TAT.  There’s an extra section at the start to introduce you to the TAT Pose, and help you shift any beliefs you may have (conscious and unconscious)  that TAT won’t work for you.

TAT Audio for subsequent TAT sessions (15 mins)

Use this Audio for further sessions once you’re familiar with the TAT pose. In this Audio I assume you’re familiar with the TAT Pose, and we go straight into a guided TAT session together.

Things to remember:

Please drink 6-8 glasses of water on days you do TAT, so your body can  easily eliminate any toxins that have been released.

Each TAT step will be complete within a minute, or two at the most. Avoid prolonging the steps.

Avoid being in the TAT Pose for more than 15 minutes in one day. TAT is deceptively powerful, and using it for longer might give you a sore head, or some other temporary discomfort.

TAT is not a substitute for medical care, please consult yourdoctor when needed.

Do you have an ongoing health issue that isn’t responding to healing?

Running the Healing Bar allows you to release all your conditioning around healing: being healed, healing yourself, and offering healing to others. What would it be like to be completely open to giving and receiving healing?

In the audio recording I’ll activate and run your Healing Bar. It’s an automatic process, rather like pressing the Delete button to send a file to the wastebin in your computer. All you need to do is find a warm comfortable place, turn up your speakers, press play and relax. It won’t even matter if you nod off, because your Healing Bar will run anyway! What else is possible?

Caution: my voice and running your Bars have a calming and relaxing effect, so please wait until you have finished driving or operating machinery before listening.
