		<title>Tuning Into What&#8217;s True For You</title>

<p>This is hardly surprising as you’re re-discovering a sense you’ve not used for a long time – maybe not since childhood! <span id="more-5171"></span></p>
<p><strong>While there are many ways to sense what’s true for you, including dowsing and muscle testing, we’re going to focus on sensing the energy directly.</strong> This has the advantage that you can use it in your moment to moment living, for example to check:</p>
<ul>
<li>a menu choice – pasta? salad?</li>
<li>your response to a friend’s suggestion – accept? decline?</li>
<li>shopping – blue T shirt? red T shirt?</li>
</ul>
<p>While these may seem like minor choices, aligning with your being helps you feel good, which contributes to your overall health!</p>
<p><strong>You can also check the energy of bigger choices</strong> like:</p>
<ul>
<li>which method of healing – EFT? TAT? something else?</li>
<li>which approach – self healing? facilitated healing session? a mix?</li>
<li>timing – this week? next week?</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your energy system has a way to signal clearly what’s true for you</strong> – <strong>it’s just a question of recognising and tuning in to your personal signal.</strong> Here’s an easy way to do just that.</p>
<p><strong>First, say to yourself – either in your head or out loud:</strong></p>
<p><strong><em>“Truth, my name is &lt;insert YOUR REAL NAME&gt;”</em></strong><em><br />
</em></p>
<p>Take your attention inside – some people like to drop their awareness into their heart area &#8211; and check how saying your real name makes you feel….</p>
<p>Many people find that saying their name (a truth) makes their energy feel’ light’ or ‘expansive’. Others tell me they feel ‘empowered’ or ‘strong’. Your signal may well be something different – be open to receive it in whatever way it comes to you.</p>
<p>Do this a few times, to get the idea of moving your focus inside, and noticing how the statement makes you feel.</p>
<p>This is your signal for a ‘truth’ for you – something that aligns with your being.</p>
<p><strong>Second, say to yourself:<br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong><em>“Truth, my name is LESLEY SHARPLES” </em> </strong>or some other ‘false’ name.</p>
<p>And check how that makes you feel …</p>
<p>Many people find saying a false name (a ‘lie’) makes their energy feel heavy or contracted, while others experience different responsess, such as ‘awkward’, ‘weak’, &#8216;restrictive, etc.</p>
<p>Again, do this a few times, to get a clear idea of your signal for a ‘lie’ – something that’s out of alignment with your being.</p>
<p><strong>Once you’ve found your signals, remember them</strong> by mentally filling in the phrase below:</p>
<p>A truth feels _______  , a lie feels _______ .</p>
<p>Eg  A truth feels lighter, a lie feels heavier.</p>
<p>Eg  A truth feels empowering, a lie feels awkward.</p>
<p><strong>With a little practice, you’ll soon become adept</strong> at checking what’s true for you. It’s a good idea to start with small things, rather than major life choices!</p>
<p><strong>The Delicious Nugget</strong>: Recognise your signals for ‘truths’ and ‘lies’ by noticing the effects on your energy system of saying your own name followed by a false name.</p>

<td><span style="color: #ff0000;">I wanted to clarify how to make some adjustments to my site, and Skyped <a href="http://dmiracle.com/">Dawud</a> my ace website coach and advisor. As an afterthought at the end I said ‘By the way someone suggested my site may have been hacked…’ </span></td>

<td><span style="color: #008000;">When we go to the doctor or a healer, we sometimes leave what’s really bothering us to the end of the session, like an afterthought.</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff0000;">Dawud took a quick look, and confirmed that it had indeed been hacked. He immediately removed the extra code.</span></td>
<td><span style="color: #ff6600;">Initial shock.</span><span style="color: #ff6600;">Then relief that the site was quickly sorted.</span></td>
<td><span style="color: #008000;">We really want someone to fix us!</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff0000;">A few days later, the dashboard for my other website appeared scrambled. I emailed Dawud – was this site hacked? Yes.</span></td>
<td><span style="color: #ff6600;">I started to take notice of the warning signs, and sought help, as I had no idea how to deal with hacking.</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff6600;">Relief, things seemed under control.</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff0000;">20 minutes later an email from Dawud saying that the malware had dug more deeply into both sites, it would take longer, and cost more, to clean out.</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #008000;">Frustration that it’s not sorted at all, in fact it’s got worse.</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff0000;">10 mins later another email – it had gone deeper still – would take several hours and a much higher cost to clean both sites.</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff0000;">Dawud wasn’t available to discuss a way forward for several hours …</span></td>
<td><span style="color: #ff6600;">I realised I had to take responsibility for this and face up to it.</span></td>
<td><span style="color: #008000;">Eventually we take notice!</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff6600;">I remembered my tools, and quickly let go of all the feelings of frustration and anger (they didn’t even belong to me!). I connected with my LightSpheres to realign myself with my higher consciousness.</span><span style="color: #ff6600;">Then I started to ask what’s right about this that I’m not getting….?</span></td>
<td><span style="color: #008000;">Then we take responsibility, and start to use the resources and tools we have.</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff6600;">Then an idea emerged, for the amount it would cost to clean up my site, I could ask Dawud to set up the shell of a new site, with up to date functions, which I could develop myself.</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff0000;">11pm my time, Dawud and I had another Skype conversation and agreed he would set up the new sites, with all the latest security, and install the themes, and I would take over from there in a couple of days.</span></td>
<td><span style="color: #ff6600;">I recognised that security and installing the new themes were beyond me, and sought expert help. Beyond that I could redevelop the sites myself, drawing on what I had learned from helping Clare set up our <a href="http://www.spheresoflight.org/">Spheres Of Light </a>site.</span><span style="color: #ff6600;">A good night’s sleep!</span></td>
<td><span style="color: #008000;"> We recognise where we need help, and what we can do for ourselves.</span></td>

<td><span style="color: #ff6600;">So much better! Still plenty of fine tuning to do. Now I’m in charge and enjoying making further improvements on an ongoing basis.</span></td>

If, on the other hand, you sense tension of any kind in your body, you diminish the potential of your body to carry out its everyday activities, including healing itself.<span id="more-3288"></span></p>
<p><strong>At the Qi Gong class, our teacher kept asking ‘How comfortable are you?’, explaining that if our bodies were not completely relaxed the energy flows would be restricted, and the benefits of our movements diminished.</strong></p>
<p>Whatever you plan to do with the next few hours of your time, and that includes sleep, having a relaxed and comfortable body will help you do it more effectively.</p>
<p><strong>Here are 3 quick ways to relax your whole body</strong> that I use regularly. I suggest you scan the headings and see which one jumps out for you! Best to avoid them when you’re driving though.</p>
<h4><strong>Yin breath</strong></h4>
<p>Take an ordinary breath in, and then imagine that your out-breath is coming from a place the size of a walnut located inside your head &#8211; between your ears, and behind your third eye.</p>
<p>Take another ordinary breath in, followed by breathing from this place inside your head for a few breaths.</p>
<p>Once you have the hang of your outbreath going from inside your head, repeat it &#8211; this time saying to yourself on your out-breat:</p>
<p><em>‘Be the breath’</em>.</p>
<p>Keep repeating the Yin Breath until you feel fully relaxed.</p>
<p>When I first learned this Yin breath from <a href="http://www.thewondermethod.com/">Alain Herriott</a> in 2007 it instantly relaxed my whole body, so I’ve been using it ever since. Now just one Yin breath instantly relaxes me completely!</p>
<h4><strong>Asking</strong></h4>
<p>For those of you who use <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/bars/">Access Consciousness</a> tools, here’s the question I use when I find myself in an uncomfortable position while running someone’s Bars.</p>
<p>Ask, in your head:</p>
<p><em>‘What energy, space and consciousness can I be that would allow my whole body to relax with ease?’</em></p>
<p>Simply live in that question (rather than look for an answer). For me, while I live with the question, I find my body makes tiny adjustments, which don’t disturb the position of my hands on the person’s head, allowing my body to relax completely even though I appear to be in an awkward position.</p>
<h4><strong>TAT Pose</strong></h4>
<p>If you practice <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/tat/">TAT</a>, you’ll know that the TAT Pose itself has a very relaxing effect on  your whole energy system.</p>
<p>If you’re new to TAT, you’ll see a 2 minute video showing the TAT Pose <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/tat/">here</a>.</p>
<p>The main thing is to find a comfortable position to take the Pose, so your arms don’t get tired while you hold them up to the front and back of your head. Some people find it most relaxing to lie down, and have some cushions to support their arms.</p>
<p>Simply hold the TAT Pose for up to 5 minutes (and no more than a maximum of 10 minutes in any 1 day).</p>
<p>I’ve been using these methods for years, with a little practice you’ll soon find the one you chose gives you rapid results.</p>
<p>You may be surprised at some of the positions where you can relax. Alain Herriott had us do an exercise where we were to relax on the floor with a tennis ball under our backs – we did so!</p>
<p><strong>The Delicious Nugget:</strong> Deeply relaxing your body until it is very comfortable will raise your potency for whatever lies ahead.</p>

What if your healing was effective, only in a different direction to your intention?<span id="more-3269"></span></p>
<p><strong>Most people who come to me for help with their healing would like to end up with a reduction in their symptoms</strong>, be it a sore back, feeling low or some other discomfort. This is often what they achieve. Other times people are clearly disappointed that their symptoms persist – what’s gone wrong?</p>
<p><strong>I booked three healing sessions, hoping to improve my eyesight</strong>, so I wouldn’t need to wear reading glasses. I was also open to the healing perhaps taking another direction. Three weeks later, there was no significant change in my eyes, I could still only read the newspaper in daylight or with a strong light. However, I did notice that my attitude to my eyes had changed – I felt more accepting of them, with some satisfaction that releasing my resistance towards them may be a step towards restoring 20/20 vision….</p>
<p>As I reflected on my experience, I suddenly realised that while autumn had arrived I was still wearing sandals, and my hands and feet were warm. Ever since the shock of an emergency op fifteen years ago I had felt the cold.</p>
<p><strong>I realised my youthful warmth had returned, and was very pleased with this unexpected outcome from my healing sessions, and glad that I’d been open to something else showing up!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Eric Pearl, of <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/the-reconnection/">The Reconnection</a>, talks about ‘allowing the power that made you to be the power that heals you’</strong>. While the power that made you remains a mystery, it’s clear that it has an intelligence beyond that of the mind. So, when you undertake healing, how about letting go of specific intentions, and surrendering to the intelligence of the power that made you? This explains why with Reconnective Healing we encourage you to be open to the healing taking its own course.</p>
<p><strong>With <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/tat/">TAT</a> we start with a very broad ‘intention’ – so broad it allows anything to show up:<br />

<p><em>This healing is for the benefit of my ancestors, my family, everyone involved, all parts of me, all points of view I’ve ever held, and everyone who would like to benefit. This healing will happen safely and easily.</em></p>
<p>When I run a TAT session for myself, or facilitate one with a client, I notice the healing outcome often shows up as a conscious change in perspective, which is so pronounced that the presenting issue no longer seems like a problem. People often end up with a perspective that they wouldn’t even have considered at the start of the session.</p>
<p><strong>From an Access Consciousness perspective</strong>, making an intention is like putting on blinkers – creating tunnel vision for specific results – what about all the other possible results outside the tunnel we’re not allowing ourselves to receive?</p>

<p>What would your health look like if you took that on board?</p>
<p><span id="more-3251"></span><strong>We are all far more ‘psychic’ that we realise</strong>, continually picking up on each other’s thoughts, feelings and pain.</p>
<p>Ever noticed how going into a room of joyful people gives you a lift, whereas going into a roomful of arguing people takes you down? That’s you picking up other peoples’ vibrations.</p>
<p>Ever been thinking about someone, and soon after they call you? That’s the pair of you connecting energetically.</p>
<p><strong>It’s as if each of us has an antenna, which is continually picking up all the vibrations</strong> – including thoughts, feelings and physical sensations – that other people are emitting. Unfortunately the antenna didn’t come with a firewall to block what we don’t want to receive!</p>
<h4><strong>You don’t need to know whose it is</strong></h4>
<p>I easily recognised the recurring thought “I have to do things perfectly” as coming from my parents. However, you don’t need to know who the vibration has come from, so the pain in your knee, or your fear of moving house, may come from sources you’re not aware of, and that’s fine.</p>
<h3><strong>How to let go of vibrations that aren’t yours </strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Ask who it belongs to</strong></h4>
<p>Take your attention to your discomfort, ad notice how heavy, or contracted, your energy feels. Then, silently, ask yourself:</p>
<p><em>‘Truth, who does this belong to?’<br />
</em></p>
<p>Now check whether your energy stays heavy, or gets lighter. If it gets lighter, the discomfort is someone else’s, so you can return it to the sender. Over 90% of the time your discomfort belongs to somebody else.</p>
<p>Occasionally the energy stays heavy, in which case it either belongs to the earth or to you.</p>
<p>Ask <em>‘Truth, does this belong to the earth?</em>’ and check whether your energy stays heavy, or gets lighter. If it gets lighter, the discomfort belongs to the earth.</p>
<h4><strong>Return with consciousness</strong></h4>
<p>Sometimes people feel reluctant to return discomfort to the sender, feeling it may harm them. On the contrary, when we return energy to the sender with consciousness, we help the person to resolve it at their end.</p>
<p><strong>a) Return to sender</strong></p>
<p>With the discomfort in mind, say in your head <em>‘Return to sender, with consciousness’</em>, and repeat up to three times, or until the energy feels light.</p>
<p><strong>b) Return to the earth</strong></p>
<p>With the discomfort in mind, say <em>‘Return to the earth on three: 1, 2, 3’</em> and either blow the energy away, or flick it away with your fingers. You may need to do this up to three times, or until the energy feels light.</p>
<h4><strong>If it’s yours</strong></h4>
<p>If the discomfort doesn’t belong to someone else, or to the earth, you’ve bought into it, and will need to use a <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/">healing method</a> to dissolve it.</p>
<p>Asking ‘Who does this belong to?’  and ‘Returning to sender’ whenever you remember for all thoughts, feelings and sensations for 3 days, will release so much baggage you’ll be a new person, with renewed health!</p>
<p><strong>The Delicious Nugget </strong>We’re all more psychic than we think, continually picking up other peoples’ vibrations. Asking ‘Who does this belong to?’, and then returning to sender easily releases your discomfort.</p>

<p><strong>The more you worry, the more time you spend thinking about unwanted things that might happen.</strong> If you’re unlucky worry visits you at night, when everything is more exaggerated, and the way out of the goldfish bowl seems nigh impossible. The more you feed your worry story, the more likely it is to manifest as your reality.</p>
<p><strong>Worry is a low energy emotion</strong> – second to bottom on the Sedona scale – it sucks up your energy, depleting what’s available to keep you fit and healthy.</p>
<p><strong>Worries are based on beliefs you hold.</strong> For example, when I worry that my knee is going to take six months to heal, I’ve bought into the belief it will take six months to heal, and I’ve closed myself off to the possibility of faster healing.</p>
<h3><strong>Meet Justin IPOV</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Justin IPOV stands for ‘just an interesting point of view’!</strong> One of the 10 ‘commandments’ of Access Consciousness is that everything is just an interesting point of view. If whatever is worrying you is just an interesting point of view, it means you no longer identify with the point of view – you don’t align or agree with it, nor do you resist it or react to it, instead of being fixed it becomes neutral and it loses its hold on you.</p>
<p>Maybe that sounds a little confusing – many Access tools do, as they don’t make cognitive sense! If we could figure these things out in our mind, wouldn’t we have done so long ago?</p>
<p><strong>Put Justin IPOV to the test…</strong></p>
<p><strong>Bring to mind something that’s worrying you</strong>, and as you think about it, stop as soon as you notice a belief you have. For example: this will never change, it runs in our family,   Now say to yourself, out loud or in your head:</p>
<p><em>Interesting point of view, I have that point of view.</em></p>
<p><em>Interesting point of view, I have that point of view.</em></p>
<p><em>Interesting point of view, I have that point of view.</em></p>
<p>Now check back, and see what’s happened to your belief. If there’s still some left, repeating IPOV some more times until that belief has gone.</p>
<p>If your worry persists, you have more beliefs to dissolve, so keep going with IPOV each time you become aware of a belief you hold. As with any new tool, you’ll need to be persistent at first, until IPOV becomes a habit.</p>
<p><strong>As you get into the habit of making the beliefs behind your worries interesting points of view, your blinkers fall away</strong>, and you open up to new possibilities and choices.</p>
<p>What else is possible?</p>

What if that belief were slowing your healing down?<br />
<span id="more-2944"></span><strong>If you believe you have many layers of the onion to peel, chances are that’s what will materialise for you.</strong> You may be like some of my clients who have tried one healing method after another, and come to me asking ‘How much longer will it take to heal?’</p>
<p><strong>How about exploring another perspective, that your issue is more like a ‘nucleated sphere’? </strong> Remember using a blowpipe as a kid, where you blew through several holes to produce a mass of connected bubbles (ie a nucleated sphere)? When one bubble popped another formed, and another, and another. The only way to stop the bubbles forming was to stop blowing!</p>
<p>So, instead of seeing your health issue as peeling back endless layers, how about stopping blowing, so you no longer feed it?</p>
<p><strong>Of course you may not consciously know how to stop blowing</strong> &#8211; no worries many modalities will easily address subconscious blowing!</p>
<p><strong>With <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/tat/">TAT</a></strong>, the fourth step ‘All the origins of this are healing now’ takes care of the source of your problem.<br />
Right now you could: take the TAT Pose, and put your attention for one minute on:</p>
<p><em>All the origins of believing I need to peel the layers of an onion are healing now.</em></p>
<p><strong>With the <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/sedona-method/">Sedona Method</a></strong>, diving deeply into the discomfort until it bursts or dissolves takes care of the source.<br />
Right now you could: notice the feeling that arises as you consider peeling the layers of an onion.</p>
<p><em>Allow yourself to dive into the feeling, then when it dissolves, dive into the next feeling you’re aware of, and so on, until you reach a peaceful state.</em></p>
<p><strong>With <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/one-command/">The One Command</a></strong>, after making your command, your old beliefs unwind, dissolving any nucleated spheres.<br />
Right now you could command:</p>
<p><em>I don’t know how my health issue resolves quickly, I only know it does so now, and I am grateful.</em></p>
<p><strong>With <a href="http://www.accessconsciousness.com/index.asp">AccessConsciousness</a></strong>, the source of thisperspective, the word ‘Boys’ in the clearing statement dissolves nucleated spheres.</p>
<p>Right now you could ask yourself ‘Why is it taking so long to heal? Notice the energy that arises, and then say to yourself or out loud:</p>
<p><em>‘Right and wrong, good and bad, all 9, POC and POC, shorts, boys and beyonds’. </em></p>
<p>Don’t worry you don’t need to understand what the words mean, the energy of saying them clears the issue back to its source.</p>
<p><strong>Too easy to work?</strong> That’s another belief that could be holding you back!</p>

Having had my Bars run regularly for over a year, I recently experienced the uncomfortable results of getting out of the habit, followed by the bliss of regaining a clear head.<span id="more-2904"></span></p>
<p><strong>Persistent Arctic conditions here in Scotland meant I’d not had my <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/bars/">Bars</a> run for weeks.</strong> On the third day of a muzzy head and little progress with anything non-essential, the penny suddenly dropped that I needed my Bars run, so I quickly borrowed a four wheel drive car to get up the long icy road to <a href="http://www.joycemurdoch.co.uk/">Joyce’s</a> house so we could run each others’ Bars.</p>
<p><strong>The next morning was bliss</strong> &#8211; my head felt so clear and spacious! (I usually notice the benefits after a nght’s sleep, while some people notice the benefits right away). All of a sudden there was clarity, and I quickly dealt with paperwork that had been languishing on my desk, and other jobs. I promised myself I’d be sure to get back to having my Bars run at least every fortnight!</p>
<p><strong>With a recycling pick-up every Monday, it’s now a habit to get all our rubbish out</strong> on a Sunday evening. My diary prompts me to run scans fortnightly clean-ups on my computer. It was easy to add Bars swaps to my diary, so I don’t allow my head to get cluttered up again!</p>
<h3>How to get your Bars run:</h3>
<p>There are several ways to get your Bars run.</p>
<ul>
<li>Pay for sessions with a Bars Practitioner –a great way to experience the benefits of having your Bars run, though costly on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Learn to run the Bars – it just takes a day, then you can
<ul>
<li>Swap Bars at a Bars Exchange – these groups are open to everyone who has completed the one day Bars Training. There are Bars Exchange groups worldwide, including my monthly Bars Exchange in Scotland.</li>
<li>Swap Bars with another person who has learned to run the Bars. This can be in-person, or a ‘distance swap’ – as in my Taster Healing Bar.</li>
<li>Run your own Bars – this is a last resort, as it’s much less potent than having someone run them for you.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>The trouble with wanting to get better</strong> is that as long as we put out the energy of wanting – through thoughts, feelings etc – we attract more wanting, and a vicious circle emerges.</p>
<p><strong>The way out of this trap is to change your energy – thoughts, feelings etc – from those of wanting to those of having.</strong> This takes a bit of a leap of faith, particularly if you’ve been in the habit of wanting for a long time. The reward is that when you generate the energy of having, you attract a matching reality of getting what you want.</p>
<p><strong>The other day I felt a niggling pain in my thigh as I was walked downhill</strong>. I quickly changed my energy from “<em>I wish this would go away</em>” to “<em>My leg is comfortable walking down this hill</em>”, and the pain immediately disappeared! I did the same walk today, and the pain did not reapp</p>
<h3><strong>Four ways to move from wanting to having.</strong></h3>
<h4>1. Used correctly, <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/one-command/">The One Command</a> completely circumvents the trap of wanting.</h4>
<p>This is because you word your command as if it is already fulfilled, ie you already have it.</p>
<p>So, the Command to resolve a pain in your leg could be: <em></em></p>
<p><em>I don’t know how my leg is easy and comfortable, I only know it is now, and I am grateful.</em></p>
<p>You’ve moved your thinking from wanting to having, and the One Command process takes care of the rest.</p>
<p><strong>Remember the easy and fail-safe way to find your command is always to ask yourself <em>What would I like instead?</em></strong>. Again this moves you from wanting to having.</p>

<h4>2. <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/sedona-method/">The Sedona Method</a> has a neat way to let go of wanting.</h4>
<p>With the Sedona Method you ask yourself questions to let go of unwanted emotions and thoughts.</p>
<p>Ask yourself:<em></em></p>
<p><em>Would I rather <strong>want</strong> to be better, or <strong>be</strong> better?</em></p>
<p>If you would prefer to be better, use the Sedona sequence to release the wanting:</p>
<ul>
<li>First allow the wanting to be present, including all thoughts, feelings and sensations it brings up:</li>
<li>Then ask yourself:
<ul>
<li><em>Could I let it go?</em></li>
<li><em>Would I let it go?</em></li>
<li><em>When?</em></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Repeat this process until the feeling of wanting has dissipated.</li>
</ul>

<h4>3. The following <a href="http://www.accessconsciousness.com/index.asp">Access Consciousness</a> clearing will take you deeper into clearing the source of wanting.</h4>
<p>With Access we ask ourselves questions which bring up uncomfortable energy, and then use a clearing statement to clear that energy right back to its source.</p>
<ul>
<li>Ask yourself:
<ul>
<li><em>Everywhere you’ve misidentified and misapplied wanting as having healing, would you like to destroy and uncreate that? Yes?</em></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Then repeat the following clearing statement to clear the energy of wanting.
<ul>
<li><em>Right and wrong, good and bad, all 9, POC and POD, shorts, boys and beyonds.</em></li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>It doesn’t matter that the clearing statement sounds like mumbo jumbo, it’s the energy of the words which does the clearing. You can use <em>POC and POD</em> for short.</p>
<h4>If you are still wedded to wanting, <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/methods/tat/">TAT</a> will help you get unstuck from that polarity.</h4>
<p>With TAT you hold the TAT Pose – a few points on your head, while you gently put your attention on a series of statements.</p>
<p>Using the TAT Process, Steps 1 &amp; 2 would be:</p>
<ul>
<li> Step 1: <em>I really want to heal.</em></li>
<li>Step 2: <em>I am healed</em>. You don’t need to believe the statement, you’re simply presenting it as an alternative point of view to your energy system to unstick your point of view.</li>
<li>Then follow Steps 3-9 in the usual way.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Simply say to yourself:</strong><br />
<em>Everything is the opposite of what it appears to be.<br />
Nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be.</em><br />
<strong><br />
Keep repeating these two sentences in your head until the thought dissipates.</strong> At first you’ll probaably need to read them; soon you’ll remember them. Don’t try and make sense of the sentences, just repeat them.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Like to give it  go?</strong></p>
<p><strong>‘That’s scrambling my brain’</strong> I hear you say. Sure, the sentences do scramble your brain, and at the same time they unlock it from being stuck on the thought that was playing over and over, giving you peace at last.</p>
<p><strong>Another way to look at it is to see the worriesome thought as a stuck polarity</strong>, which the sentences unstick, allowing your thoughts to move in a new direction.</p>
<p><strong>What if the thought returns later?</strong> You can repeat the process, or <a href="http://delicioushealing.com/contact-may/">contact me</a> if you’d like to destroy that worriesome thought at the point it was created, so it never bothers you again.<br />

The Delicious Nugget</strong>: Repeating these two sentences quickly stops your brain from repeating worriesome thoughts, giving you peace at last.</p>
